Meridian and Contact extend conditions precedent date

Further to the NZX announcement on 15 August 2022, Meridian and Contact have agreed that the date for satisfying the conditions precedent for the 150GWh per annum swaption and the 294GWh CfD for the 2023 calendar year is deferred to 30 September 2022, from 15 September 2022 as originally agreed.
