STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 20 September 2022 Director nomination Will Irving nominated as a Chorus Director Chorus has announced that its Board unanimously supports the nomination of Will Irving to stand for election as an independent non-executive director at its 2022 annual shareholders' meeting on 26 October. Patrick Strange, Chorus' chair, said the Board invited Mr. Irving to stand following an extensive search. "Will brings more than 25 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, including in areas such as strategy, wholesale telecoms, business customer sales and service. "He's also currently the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at NBN Co Limited in Australia, the company established to design, build and operate Australia's wholesale broadband access network. The Chorus Board believe Will's skills and experience will further complement and strengthen the Board's existing skillset."
