AGM Voting Results

Cooks Coffee Company (NZX:CCC) advises that at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held yesterday afternoon, shareholders were asked to vote on five resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. Four of the resolutions put to shareholders were approved. The resolution to re-elect Mr Kiang Kui was not approved by a majority of those shareholders voting and accordingly Mr Kui has now ceased to hold office as a director of CCC. The final voting figures are attached to this announcement.
