29 September 2022 Delay finalising 30 June 2022 Annual Report Enprise Group Limited (NZX : ENS) advises that it has been delayed in finalising its 30 June 2022 audited financial statements for inclusion in its annual report, due to additional time required to finalise and discuss with its auditors the treatment in the financial statements of the disputed MYOB Exo software margins, as announced on 1 August 2022. Enprise expects to finalise its audited financial statements and annual report by the close of business on 7 October 2022.
