25 October 2022 FY22 Results and Annual Report, Annual Meeting and Director Nominations The Board of Directors of Sanford Limited (Sanford) (NZX:SAN) is pleased to advise shareholders of the following: FY22 Results and Annual Report Sanford expects to announce its full year results, and publish its annual report, for the year ended 30 September 2022 on Tuesday 15 November 2022. 2022 Annual Meeting Sanford's 2022 Annual Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday 15 December 2022 at Eden Park, Reimers Avenue, Mt Eden, Auckland in the World Cup Lounge West, South Stand and virtually. Further details relating to the Annual Meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders and released to NZX in due course. Director Nominations For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Sanford advises that the closing date for director nominations is Wednesday 9 November 2022. Any nominations must be received by 5:00pm (NZDT) on that date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder who will be entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.
