Completion of the TowerCo investment

On 18 July 2022, Infratil and its co-investor in Vodafone New Zealand Limited, Brookfield Asset Management Inc., announced the sale of Vodafone NZ's passive mobile tower assets to funds managed, or advised, by leading global investors InfraRed Capital Partners (40%) and Northleaf Capital Partners (40%), and that Infratil would invest in 20% of the new TowerCo. The conditions for the transaction have now been met, and completion has occurred today.
