8 November 2022 Withdrawal of Notice of Annual Meeting New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited advises that it has withdrawn the announcement of its Notice of Annual Meeting to be held on 8 December 2022. A new Notice of Meeting will be provided prior to the Annual Meeting. This will include a requirement to seek approval to the Forest Estate acquisition announced to the market on 21 October 2022. The date for the Annual Meeting remains 8 December 2022.
