Update on filing of final Court orders with Registrar

16 November 2022 Update on filing of final Court orders with Registrar of Companies Sky Network Television Limited (Sky) advises that it now intends to file the High Court's final orders with the Registrar of Companies by no later than 22 November 2022 due to administrative reasons, rather than on 15 November as previously advised. The change in filing date with the Registrar of Companies does not affect implementation of the return of capital to shareholders.
