thl updates on Executive changes

29 November 2022 MEDIA | NZX RELEASE TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) THL UPDATES ON EXECUTIVE CHANGES thl advises that it has completed the review of its requirements for the commencing Executive team of the group following the proposed merger with Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd (ATL). As previously advised, Grant Webster and Luke Trouchet will join the thl Board as Managing Director and Executive Director, respectively. Nick Judd will also remain as the Chief Financial Officer of the group. The appointees to the other Executive roles within the merged group, who will be reporting to Grant Webster, are as follows: Executive role, Appointee CEO - Action Manufacturing, Chris Devoy COO - USA, Gordon Hewston GM Brisbane Manufacturing, Josh Annells Chief People and Capability Officer, Kate Meldrum COO - Canada, Kristen Evans COO - New Zealand, Matt Harvey COO - UK/Europe, Nick Roach Chief Transformation Officer, Ollie Farnsworth Chief Marketing Officer, Scott Fahey COO - Australia Rentals and Sales, Stacey Davis Additionally, Juhi Shareef (Chief Responsibility Officer), Jo Hilson (Chief Technology Officer) and Nick Voss (Acting Deputy CFO), will continue in their current roles, reporting to Nick Judd. Other changes to the Executive structure include Kelly Shier (ATL CFO) and Tennille Carrier (ATL Company Secretary) joining roles within the merger integration management office. Karl Trouchet (ATL Executive Director) will also operate as a consultant to the business. thl would like to acknowledge the Executives in both ATL and thl who have had a change in role through this process and thanks them for their ongoing efforts. The new Executive team will commence a review of the broader group structure in the coming weeks. The changes to the Executive team will be effective from completion of the merger.
