Completion of WasteCo acquisition / reverse listing

Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX: GWC) has completed the acquisition of WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited and issued all shares authorised by shareholders for allotment today at the special meeting of shareholders this morning. The changes to the board recorded in the notice of meetign have also been made. Accordingly, GWC now has 688 million shares on issue.
