Director update Sanford Limited (Sanford) (NZX:SAN) advises that Peter Cullinane will no longer be seeking re-election to the Board of Sanford at Sanford's 2022 Annual Meeting to be held at 2.00pm on Thursday 15 December 2022. Resolution 1 in the Notice of Meeting, that Mr Cullinane be re-elected as a Director of Sanford, is therefore withdrawn and will not be put to the meeting. Mr Cullinane will remain a Director until the conclusion of the meeting.
