BIF - Resignation of Advisory Board Member 19 December 2022 We wish to advise that Jenny Morel, Chair of the Booster Innovation Fund Advisory Board (which provides advice to the Investment Committee that governs the fund), has indicated her intention to resign her position effective end of March 2023. Jenny will be dedicating more time to building the Morgo Community which is a network of CEO's, founders and other leaders of tech companies looking to expand their businesses globally. The Manager recognises and acknowledges the contribution that Jenny has made to the establishment and initial growth of the Fund. The Manager will be assessing options for the ongoing governance of the Fund, and will provide an update as more information becomes available.
