BIF acquires shares in Komodo Holdings Limited

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Komodo to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio. Komodo operates in the educational technology services part of the information technology services sector. It specialises in improving the wellbeing of students and teachers using data driven tools. Komodo was formed in 2018 and is classified as early stage. BIF will make a cash investment of $250,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), Komodo will represent 2.0% of BIF's investment portfolio of 27 companies, and with a net asset value of over $12.2m.
