Retirement of Director

RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR Downer EDI Limited (Downer) announced today that Mark Binns will retire as a Non-executive Director on 31 January 2023 due to conflicts of interest that have become increasingly complex and difficult to manage with Downer's customer base in New Zealand. Downer's Chairman, Mark Chellew said that Mark Binns was a valuable member of the Board and that he would like to acknowledge Mark's contribution to Downer.
