Shareholders will receive one NTL ordinary share for every 10 NTL ordinary shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Wednesday, 8 February 2023. In order for the share consolidation to be processed NTL will be halted from pre-market open on Ex Date, Tuesday, 7 February 2023.
