CDI reports no adverse effects from Auckland floods

NZX-listed property developer CDL Investments New Zealand Limited (NZX:CDI) reports that none of its residential or industrial subdivisions in Auckland have been adversely affected by the recent weather events and consequential flooding in Auckland over the last two weeks. CDI Managing Director Jason Adams said that Management had carried out site inspections at each of its Auckland locations. "Save for some minor tidying up on site, we are very fortunate that our sites escaped major damage from the recent flooding. We have not needed to make any insurance claims and we're pleased that our stormwater management systems for our sites worked well", he said.
