16 February 2023 Response to media speculation Green Cross Health has become aware of speculation in the Australian media about a potential transaction to sell its Community Health division to Anchorage Capital Partners. GXH confirms that it is currently in discussions with Anchorage Capital Partners in respect of such a transaction. There is no certainty that those discussions will result in a transaction.
