RYM – Number of Retail Entitlements quoted

Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Monday, 20 February 2023 Subject: Ryman Healthcare Limited (RYM) - Number of Retail Entitlements quoted Message: Further to the announcement released by Ryman Healthcare Limited (RYM) at 8.31am this morning and following completion of the Institutional Entitlement Offer and Institutional Bookbuild, RYM has provided NZX Operations (NZXO) with an update to the number of retail entitlements quoted on the NZX Main Board (ticker "RYMRA"). Based on that information from RYM, the number of quoted retail entitlements will be adjusted from 95,657,557 to 72,147,848. The adjustments have been made in NZX's systems, and will be reflected on nzx.com from Tuesday, 21 February 2023. The adjustments are due to the outcome of the Institutional Entitlement Offer and Institutional Shortfall Bookbuild. RYM has advised that this number of retail entitlements is still subject to reconciliation. RYM will provide an update to the market post-settlement of the Institutional Entitlement Offer which is scheduled to occur on 24 February 2023.
