Extension of condition date - Acquisition of the assets and business of Central Suction Cleaners Limited By way of update to its announcement of 7 February 2023, WasteCo advises that its due diligence for the proposed acquisition of the business and assets of Central Suction Cleaners Limited (CSC), based in Nelson, is progressing well.
