Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 24 February 2023 Subject: Ryman Healthcare Limited (RYM) - Number of Retail Entitlements ("RYMRA") and RYM Ordinary Shares ("RYM") quoted Message: Further to the announcement released by Ryman Healthcare Limited ("RYM") today at 5.25pm and following issuance of 108,321,461 RYM ordinary shares under the Institutional Offer, NZX Operations (NZXO) provides the following update to the number of retail entitlements quoted on the NZX Main Board ("RYMRA") and RYM ordinary shares quoted on the NZX Main Board ("RYM"). Following the settlement and allotment of RYM ordinary shares under the Institutional Offer: (a) the number of RYM ordinary shares in NZX's systems will be adjusted from 504,671,258 to 615,487,001. Please note this change also includes an adjustment to include 2,494,282 shares currently held by custodians under RYM's share schemes; and (b) the number of quoted retail entitlements will be adjusted from 72,147,848 to 72,155,393. The adjustments have been made in NZX's systems, and will be reflected on nzx.com from Monday, 27 February 2023.
