Distribution Notice – REPLACEMENT

Following a request from NZX Product Operations, Channel Infrastructure has issued the attached two Distribution Notices as replacements for the Distribution Notice issued at 8.30am on 24 February 2023, comprising separate Distribution Notices for the 5 cents per share full year dividend and the 2 cents per share special dividend announced on 24 February 2023.
