APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF RISK OFFICER

SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED - SKC APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF RISK OFFICER Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Kidd to the newly established role of Chief Risk Officer effective from 1 April 2023, subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals. Ms Kidd is an experienced risk executive with an extensive career in the banking and finance industry - her most recent role being Chief Risk Officer at Westpac New Zealand from February 2016 to June 2022. Prior to this, Ms Kidd held a number of senior risk roles across Australia and New Zealand, including Chief Risk Officer at Bankwest (Commonwealth Bank of Australia), Chief Risk Officer at Sovereign Assurance, and Chief Credit Officer, Acting Chief Risk Officer and Head of Credit Risk Management at ASB Bank Limited. Ms Kidd is currently a director of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland and a Diploma of Banking from Massey University.
