Trading Halt Clarification and Retail Offer Reminder

New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited (NZX.NZL) would like to clarify that: 1. the trading halt in place in relation to the Accelerated Renounceable Entitlement Offer (Offer) as announced to the market 1 March 2023, is scheduled to lift pre-market open, Friday 3 March 2023 and not 8:30am, Monday, 6 March 2023 as noted in page 11 of the Equity Raising Presentation; and 2. the announcement of the results of the institutional offer will be released as soon as practicable on Friday 3 March 2023 and not Monday 6 March 2023 as noted in page 11 of the Equity Raising Presentation.
