Retirement of Chairman Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that Mark Chellew has decided to resign from his role as Independent Non-executive Director and Chairman, effective immediately. The Board is pleased to confirm that Deputy Chairman Mark Menhinnitt has been elected as Acting Chairman, effective from today.
