SKYCITY ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED (SKC) APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO SKYCITY BOARD Further to SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited's (SkyCity) announcement on 26 January 2023, all necessary regulatory approvals have now been received in relation to the appointment of David Attenborough as a non-executive director to the SkyCity Board. Accordingly, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity advises that David Attenborough has been appointed as a non-executive director of SkyCity effective from 3 March 2023. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.6.2, the SkyCity Board has determined, as required by NZX Listing Rules 2.6.1 and 2.6.2, that David Attenborough is an Independent Director (as that term is defined in the NZX Listing Rules).
