Retirement of Director

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that Peter Watson has decided to resign from his role as Independent Non-executive Director of the Company. Mr Watson's resignation will take effect no later than 30 June 2023. Acting Chairman Mark Menhinnitt said "Board renewal is an important focus during this period of transition."
