Kiwi Property FY23 third quarter dividend payment

Kiwi Property will pay a third quarter cash dividend of 1.425 cents per share. The dividend will have imputation credits of 0.291 cents per share attached and a supplementary dividend of 0.132 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders. The record date for the dividend is 16 March 2023, and the payment date is 23 March 2023. The dividend reinvestment plan will not operate for this dividend.
