Dividend reinvestment plan strike price

Freightways Group Limited advises that the price at which shares will be issued for the 2023 Interim Ordinary Dividend under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is NZ$9.3440 per share. The issue price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP, as the volume weighted average sale price for a share, calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the NZX Main Board over a period of five business days starting on 13 March 2023, less a 2% discount. The scheduled date for payment of the dividend, and issuance of shares under the DRP, is 3 April 2023.
