PLP - Issuance of Units 30 March 2023 Pursuant to Rule 3.13.2 of the Main Board Listing Rule, Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund ('Fund' or NZX:PLP), confirms it has issued an additional 517,225 ordinary units in the Fund at $1.3990 per unit under the Distribution Reinvestment Plan effective 23 March 2023. Please note that the percentage of total class of Financial Products issued is 0.534% (as a percentage of the units on issue following the previous allotment of units announced on 23 March 2023).
