New Independent Director for Turners

Company Announcement 31 March 2023 New Independent Director announced for Turners Automotive Group Board Turners Automotive Group (NZX/ASX: TRA) is delighted to confirm today that Lauren Quaintance has been appointed to the board of Turners Automotive Group as an additional Independent Director. Lauren has been working with Turners as an Emerging Director since October 2021, and more recently as a director of Turners' subsidiary DPL Insurance. Lauren has additional directorships with ChristchurchNZ and the Crusaders and has very recently been appointed as Chief Media and Data Officer for Sky TV. Lauren has had an extensive career within media, having worked for Fairfax Media (now Nine Entertainment Company) in Australia in senior management positions including General Manager and Managing Editor. In 2013, she co-founded digital content marketing agency, Storyation, which was acquired by Rupert Murdoch's NewsCorp in 2019. Turners' Chairman Grant Baker said: "Lauren's experience in the digital and social marketing sector combined with her business acumen has proven to be a great fit for our business. Lauren has brought real value to our strategic direction and board discussions and we know this contribution will only continue to grow."
