12 April 2023 Approval granted to UniSuper Limited to exceed 10% shareholding Chorus has today been advised by the Crown that UniSuper Limited have been granted approval, should they choose to exercise it in the future, to acquire a relevant interest in up to 20% of Chorus shares. Under Chorus' constitution, Crown approval is required if a shareholder wishes to have the option of holding 10% or more of Chorus shares.
