Issue of Employee Shares and Rights

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises that it has today: (a) issued 199,248 shares to executives and other employees of SIML pursuant to employee share incentive schemes operated by SIML; (b) issued 1,062,677 rights to executives of SIML pursuant to the executive long term incentive scheme for FY24 (the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026); (c) issued 483,331 rights to executives and other employees of SIML as part of the FY23 short term incentive compensation for these employees in connection with their exceptional performance during FY23. These rights vest after 31 March 2025, if the relevant employee remains employed by SIML at that time. SIML also advises that 453,914 rights pursuant to the executive long term incentive scheme for FY21 (for the vesting period 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2023) have lapsed due to the thresholds for the vesting of these rights not being met.
