Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 14 April 2023 Subject: Barramundi Limited Warrants ("BRMWG") - Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Barramundi Limited ("BRM") on Friday, 14 April 2023, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the final exercise date for the Barramundi Limited warrants ("BRMWG") is Friday, 26 May 2023. Any BRMWG warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 26 May 2023 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire. The final day of trading in BRMWG will be Wednesday, 24 May 2023 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
