Annual Shareholders’ Meeting Results

AUCKLAND, 26 April 2023: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) ("NZME") held its Annual Shareholders' Meeting online and in the iHeart Lounge at 2 Graham Street, Auckland today, 26 April. Shareholders were asked to vote on 2 resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Barbara Chapman, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election, be re-elected as a Director of NZME. o That the Directors of NZME be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.
