27 April 2023 Director Nominations For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, New Zealand Rural Land Company Limited advises that the opening date for nominations for directors to be voted on at this year's annual meeting is today and the closing date is 12 May 2023. All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the closing date. The Annual Meeting will be held at Link Market Services' Offices, Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010 on Friday, 23 June 2023 commencing at 9am. Details relating to the meeting will be separately advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders.
