STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 1 May 2023 Chorus updates syndicated bank facility Chorus has updated its committed bank facility to provide additional financial flexibility. The facility limit has been raised from NZ$350m to NZ$450m and the maturity date has been extended from April 2025 to April 2026. The covenants remain the same at 5.50 times debt to EBITDA and 2.50 times interest coverage.
