ARG announces fourth quarter dividend

Argosy Property Limited ('Argosy' or 'the Company') has announced a fourth quarter (for the period to 31 March 2023) cash dividend for the 2023 financial year of 1.6625 cents per share. As Argosy is a PIE, the dividend can be treated as excluded income for New Zealand income tax purposes. Imputation credits of 0.018006 cents per share will be attached to the dividend representing income tax paid by the Company. Overseas investors will receive an additional supplementary dividend of 0.008171 cents per share to offset non-resident withholding tax. The record date for the dividend is 7 June 2023 and the payment date is 21 June 2023.
