BIF – Change of Senior Managers

PLP/ BIF - Change of Senior Managers Booster Financial Services Limited (BFS), the parent company of, and service provider to, Booster Investment Management Limited (BIML), has recently reviewed its organisational structure, which has resulted in a change to the roles and responsibilities of a number of the senior managers within the business. Given the nature of Booster's listed funds, managers may be considered senior managers by virtue of their role within the overall business, or because of their specific role with the relevant NZX listed fund. Following the recent organisational structure, the following are identified as directors or senior managers for disclosure purposes under the NZX listing rules: BIML Director Paul Foley Richard Kirkland John Selby Melanie Templeton Allan Yeo BIML Senior Manager Alison Payne Di Papadopoulos Natasha Keddie Andrew Hughes Nic Craven Mihaela Chitu BIF Senior Manager John Selby Nic Craven David Beattie Brendon Doyle Melissa Yiannoutsos Gary Scott will continue to be the Company Secretary for Booster and the listed funds, but for the purposes of disclosure, will no longer be considered a senior manager.
