Closing Date for Director Nominations

My Food Bag Group Limited (My Food Bag) advises that its 2023 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held in Auckland on 17 August 2023. The venue and further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, including details about how to participate virtually. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, My Food Bag advises that the closing date for director nominations is 29 June 2023. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZ time) on the closing date.
