WasteCo completes private placement

WasteCo completes private placement WasteCo is pleased to announce that it has successfully raised $4.32 million through a placement to selected New Zealand wholesale investors (Placement). Approximately 66.5 million new shares will be issued in the Placement at a fixed price of $0.065 per share.
