Auckland, 20 June 2023: Fletcher Building announces the following changes: - Chris Reid has retired as Company Secretary of Fletcher Building Limited and Fletcher Building Industries Limited, effective 16 June 2023; and - Ashleigh Harding is appointed as an additional Company Secretary of Fletcher Building Limited and Fletcher Building Industries Limited, effective 19 June 2023.
