23 June 2023 NZX:RAK Rakon Dividend Reinvestment Plan Rakon Limited advises that the Board of Directors of Rakon has approved a Dividend Reinvestment Plan. Documents relating to the newly established Dividend Reinvestment Plan will be sent to shareholders today. The Dividend Reinvestment Plan will apply to the FY2023 dividend previously announced on 24 May 2023. Attached to this announcement is a copy of a letter from the Chair, the Dividend Reinvestment Plan Offer Document, the Participation Form and the Distribution Notice recording required details of the dividend and the Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
