Cancellation of unvested employee shares

Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX:CCC) ("Cooks") advises that it has acquired and cancelled 3,388,837 ordinary shares pursuant to contractual provisions of Cooks' legacy employee share scheme and by operation of sections 82 and 58(3) of the Companies Act 1993.
