The trading halt was placed at 10:16am today. The trading halt is in place while ERD finalises its response to the Brillian APAC Pty Ltd ("Volaris") non-binding indicative offer, which was first announced to market on 22 June 2023. ERD expects to release an announcement about the Volaris offer today. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of an announcement by ERD about the Volaris offer, or market open tomorrow, Thursday 13 July 2023.
