Resignation of Simon McArley from General Capital Limited Board General Capital Limited (NZX:GEN) today announced the resignation of Simon McArley as a non-executive director of the General Capital Board effective 17 July 2023. Mr Rewi Bugo, Chair of General Capital, thanked Simon for his significant contribution over the last 5 years including with the reverse listing of General Capital in 2018 and for his role as Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr Bugo wished Simon well in his future projects. General Capital notes that nominations for directors are currently open in advance of the Annual Shareholder Meeting on 24 August 2023 and will update the market once a replacement is appointed.
