Resignation of CFO

It is with regret that we announce the resignation of the company's CFO, Craig Brown, with effect from 31st July 2023. Given the operational focus of the company on its UK and Irish businesses, and its accounting resources in that region which now includes a senior financial person, the company will not be replacing its existing New Zealand CFO resource.
