Director independence

Following the announcement that Adrian Littlewood and Mark Binns will join Mercury's Board with effect from 1 August and 1 September 2023 respectively, the Mercury Board has determined that both Mr Littlewood and Mr Binns will be Independent Directors for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules.
