Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Lower Hutt, New Zealand - 2 Aug 2023 PaySauce Limited (NZX:PYS) announces that its 2023 Annual Shareholders' Meeting is to be held on 14 September 2023 at 3:00pm (NZT) and will be held virtually, meaning shareholders can participate via a link online. The link and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course. For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, PaySauce advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 2 August 2023. The closing date for nominations for directors will be 16 August 2023. All nominations must be received by 5:00pm (NZT) on the closing date. Nominations must be made in writing by an Equity Security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
