BIF acquires shares in Bspkl

4 August 2022 Booster Innovation Fund adds Bspkl to its investment portfolio Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Bspkl to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio. Bspkl operates in the green hydrogen part of the energy and clean technologies sector. It specialises in the development of key components used in hydrogen electrolysers, was formed in 2022, and is classified as seed stage, with its technology originating from GNS Science (a New Zealand Crown Research Institute). BIF will make a cash investment of $200,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), Bspkl will represent 1.2% of BIF's investment portfolio of over 30 companies, and with a net asset value of over $16.1 million.
