Trading Halt – FSF Securities

10 August 2023 TRADING HALT - FSF SECURITIES On behalf of the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund ("FSF"), Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited ("Fonterra") has requested: 1. a two day trading halt and one day voluntary suspension be applied to FSF's securities on the ASX; and 2. a three day administrative trading halt be applied by NZX to FSF's securities on the NZX Main Board (together Trading Halt). The Trading Halt will be effective from market open on 15 August 2023 and will remain effective until the close of trading on 17 August 2023. The Trading Halt is required to implement the pro rata return of capital to shareholders being undertaken by Fonterra by way of a Court-approved scheme of arrangement under Part 15 of the Companies Act 1993. An administrative trading halt will be applied to Fonterra's securities on the Fonterra Shareholders' Market for the same period as the Trading Halt in respect of FSF.
